Black Oak Apartments has been a part of the Halls community since 1979, conveniently located to Shopping, Schools, Downtown Knoxville, UT Area, & Inter-state I-640 and I-75.  We are a secure family community with many singles, couples and families. We have students attending Adrian Burnett Elementary, Halls Middle, High School, UT, and community colleges.
